Replacement and return In order to ensure our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind through replacing and returning their purchases within 4 days from the date of purchase, please observe the following terms and conditions: the products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice; the products must be unused and in their original condition at the time of purchase; the products must not have the tag removed. New items will only be sent in the replacement process after the old items have arrived at Arkan warehouses and their safety has been verified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is possible to return products that are not on sale at the time of purchase, and products on sale or discounts cannot be returned. Products on sale or discounts can be replaced with products of the same value or higher within only 4 days from the date of purchase, and discounted items cannot be returned. Products purchased before sale or discount periods cannot be returned during sale or discount periods. Multiple offers cannot be used at the same time, and discount coupons cannot be used during sale times. The opportunity to replace or return one or several products in the same invoice is limited to two times. Delivery time within Riyadh is from 3 to 6 working days, excluding Friday. Delivery outside Riyadh is from 7 to 15 working days. The customer bears the shipping cost in the following cases: A- Replacement: the customer bears the shipping cost of the product to be replaced and the shipping cost of the replacement product. B- Return: the customer bears the shipping cost of the product to be returned (products on sale or discounts cannot be returned). The replacement or return process takes 21 days.
